Boxes
- Our moving boxes range in size from small to extra-large. The sizes offered are as follows:
- Small (16-3/8″ x 12-5/8″ x 12-5/8″, 1.5 cu/ft)
- Medium (18 1/8” x 18” x 16”, 3 cu/ft)
- Large (18″ x 18″ x 24″, 4.5 cu/ft)
- Extra-large (24″ x 18″ x 24″, 6 cu/ft)
- Specialty boxes like wardrobe boxes, mirror boxes, and book boxes ensure that your belongings are appropriately stored.
- Box kits like the dish saver kit and the glass pack kit make it easy to pack up specialty items.
Tape
- For quick and easy box construction, we offer a two-pack of clear boxing tape with a built-in cutter.
- Use paper tape that easily tears by hand and is self-sticking, so you don’t need water for adhesion!
Bags
- Keep your mattresses clean and protected from dust, soil, and light exposure to water during your move with a mattress bag.
- From twin to king pillow-top, we have the bag size you need.
Packing Supplies
Bubble Wrap
- Use bubble wrap for securing fragile items such as electronics, artwork, sculptures, fine glassware, decorations, and more.
- Bubble wrap can also be used to fill empty space in boxes or storage containers to prevent items from shifting while moving or storing.
- Made from recycled polyethylene, our bubble wrap is 100% recyclable and reusable.
Packing Paper
- U-Haul packing paper is an acid-free and ink-free newsprint paper ideal for protecting fragile items such as dishes, glassware, valuables, collectibles, home décor, and much more.
Tiger Taco
- The Tiger Taco makes packing and unpacking boxes quicker, safer, easier, and more fun!
- Simply place the tacos over the edges of an open box to hold the flaps down while you add or remove items from the box.
Mover’s Stretch Plastic Wrap
- Mover’s stretch plastic wrap has hundreds of uses, from wrapping furniture to bundling items together like silverware or other kitchen utensils.
- Use mover’s stretch wrap as a residue-free alternative to sticky tape for securing bubble wrap or foam to mirrors, artwork, and picture frames.
- Available in 2 sizes: 5” and 15” width with 1000’ of wrap length.
Locks
- All our storage units can be locked from the outside. Use additional locks to secure individual boxes or containers.
- We offer keyed padlocks that include two keys.
- Steel exteriors offer extra protection and cut resistance.
Hitches
- Need to tow a trailer? We have 2” towing starter kits that fit into 2” hitch receivers.
- The kit includes a 2″ ball, 5/8″ pin and clip, and 2-1/4″ drop ball mount and can tow up to 7,500 lbs.
- Lost the pin to your hitch? No problem! We have chrome plated, pivot-lock, adjustable, hitch pins.
- With the Nite-Glow Adapter, easily connect any of our U-Haul trailers to your 7-way round vehicle outlet.
